1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or service at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account and visit the settings page, or contact our support team.
If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
2. Refund Policy
Since we offer digital products and services, refunds are generally not provided once the purchase is completed and access has been granted. However, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
We may issue a refund if:
- You were charged due to a technical error.
- The service was not delivered as described due to a fault on our end.
- You request a refund within 5-7 business days of the initial purchase and have not made significant use of the service.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
